Flourish NZ is an agile organization that strives to create a lasting impact in the social sector.

 

Our organisation is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals and communities by providing comprehensive support, education, training, coaching & mentoring to individuals and companies. 

We are based in the heart of South Auckland and have been working alongside people for the past 8 years journeying through change in New Zealand and 19 years in South Africa.

Dristan has been the Director for Diamond Car for 5 years.

 

Aside from being a car enthusiast with an eye for detail, he is also passionate about physical Health & Wellness.

He is proficient in designing personalised workout programs and has the ability to adapt training methods to suit individual needs and preferences.

He is very dedicated to assisting people adopt healthier habits and provides support and motivation to them to stay on track with their wellness journey. He is continuously learning about new fitness trends and research in exercise science. Dristan is currently studying towards his degree in International Business Management with Auckland University of technology. He is a BMW enthusiast and loves working on his cars on weekends.

DIRECTOR | LIFE COACH

Len Moodley

Len Moodley Profile

Len served in Government for a period of 16 years and 10 years in corporate specialising in investigations. 

His last role in South Africa involved being the Head of Operations supply chain for Standard Bank insurance services, following which he took up a position as Service Delivery Manager in New Zealand with Te Whakaora Tangata. He was based in South Auckland working amongst vulnerable high-risk families.

He later took on the role as Executive Director of the MADE Foundation, a non-profit that empowers people and walks alongside those journeying through change. He also served as a board of Trustee & Treasurer for Africa Hands of Love, a non-profit organisation which focuses on leadership development in Africa. He graduated with an Honours degree in Risk Management and an Honours degree in Policing Law with the University of South Africa. ​ His life statement is: "To the world you are one person, but to one person you can be the world".

Pris Moodley

Pris hails from a vibrant community building and executive background having previously served in the Government sector for 26 years.

Originally from South Africa, Pris was awarded twice the honour of 'Policewoman of the Year' where her work was centred around addressing social factors that contributed to criminal activity including issues of substance abuse and dysfunctional families.

Pris is passionate about seeing communities transformed and raising next generation leaders who can impact long lasting change. Throughout her career, Pris progressed to become Director of Enterprise Risk Management for the Government Treasury of South Africa, specialising in Fraud and Corruption within the Government sector, and contributed to the development of policies that advise changes at National levels. Her passion for people allowed her to embark on trips across Africa to empower and serve local communities and their needs. In 2017, she joined Te Whakaora Tangata, a non-profit organisation, in the capacity of Community People Manager. The organisation is dedicated in serving and helping restore vulnerable whanau overwhelmed by poverty, violence, abuse and crime. Pris co-founded Africa Hands of Love, a non-profit organisation that channeled funding from the USA to Africa for much needed community upliftment.
